RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make from us. If you have questions about a product please feel free to contact us prior to ordering at sales@offroadsyndicatedesigns.com.
If there is a problem with an item please return within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange your item.
Merchandise returned within 30 days and in new, unworn/unused, unwashed condition may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another product. Refund will be processed once product is returned and verified to be in new, unwashed condition.
Unfortunately customized items are not eligible for exchange/refunds unless there is a problem on our part, such as a misspelled customization or defect in manufacturing etc. If it is simply too large/small we are unable to receive it back. Before getting any items customized please take a look at the sizing chart available on each item. ORS Designs does not provide refunds for incorrect purchases and/or products damaged during vinyl application. If you have any questions about the fit please give us a call or email us a call.
Last Chance Sales: All items are sold AS IS and all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be made on these items.

Please complete our Exchange/Return form and include it with your package to assure proper credit for your item:
FOR EXCHANGES:
Please send an email noting items you are requesting to exchange (items must be in new, unwashed condition) and the sizes you would like to exchange for to exchange@offroadsyndicatedesigns.com.
That way we can hold those items for you in case of low stock. Or we will let you know if they are out of stock completely. Once you have a received a response approving your exchange you can proceed with returning the product.

For returns and exchanges, the customer pays to send the merchandise back to us and on exchanges we will ship the corrected items free of charge.
